Product Warranty

Warranty form templates are documents which are provided by suppliers or companies who are selling products and goods. The form serves as a tool for suppliers to inform their clients and customers that they are guaranteeing benefits and repairs in the event that the product which was recently bought have shown visible defects and issues resulting to the client’s dissatisfaction. On the other hand, a warranty form is also used for documenting a promise to an individual or a client that the product being sold and bought is actually what the product is meant to be used and what it actually represents.

Should any defect develop during the warranty period due to improper materials, workmanship or arrangement, the defect, including adjacent work displaced, shall be made good by the undersigned at no expense to the Owner.

Written notice of defective work will be given to the Subcontractor. Should this Subcontractor fail to correct defective work within a reasonable time after receiving written notice, the Owner may, at his option, correct defects and charge the Subcontractor costs for such correction. This Subcontractor agrees to pay such charges upon demand.

Nothing in the above shall be deemed to apply to work which has been abused or neglected by the Owner.
